Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Eight or more years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture roles. - Demonstrated experience architecting enterprise applications across at least two major cloud platforms. - Strong expertise in integration patterns, API design, and event-driven architectures. - Deep familiarity with at least one major enterprise platform such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday. - Working knowledge of identity, security, and data governance frameworks at enterprise scale. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience producing formal architecture artifacts and presenting them to senior leadership. - Track record of leading architecture reviews and influencing engineering direction across teams. - Strong understanding of cost optimization, scalability, and resilience trade-offs. Role Description IEM is looking for a Full Time – AMI Solutions Architect to join our Critical Infrastructure team. The Solutions Architect will work closely with IT Leadership and other business units to align technology with business requirements. This position will support the AMI Project and play a key role in the AMI solution(s) requirements as part of the overall project. This position will collaborate with the IT department in supporting a variety of solutions as a follow up to the AMI project, develop and integrate application systems, reviewing existing systems to identify areas for improvement and monitoring the outcome of new or upgraded systems on business operations.
