• Develop, implement, and manage the overall influencer marketing strategy to expand brand visibility and drive sales. • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates, influencers, and brand partners across global markets. • Build a framework for influencer training and communication — providing influencers with clear messaging, promotional materials, and performance feedback. • Oversee tracking, reporting, and performance analysis to ensure ROI and consistent program growth. • Monitor social media and community trends to identify influencer opportunities on emerging social platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook). • Partner with the customer support and community management teams to ensure influencers reflect the brand's customer-first approach. • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in influencer marketing to continuously improve performance. • Coordinate with internal teams to optimize referral incentives, influencer commissions, and campaign messaging for maximum engagement. • Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Hands-on experience managing influencer programs, ideally within a consumer/e-commerce brand.
- Strategic and data-driven — comfortable analyzing performance metrics, affiliate ROI, and optimizing for growth.
- Creative and relationship-focused — know how to motivate influencers, build trust, and turn collaborations into lasting partnerships.
- Proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to work in US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
- Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
