Role Description We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist / Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. This role combines payroll processing with administrative support to help keep daily operations running smoothly. If you're organized, enjoy working with people, and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to hear from you. - Review timesheets, payroll records, and employee information for accuracy. - Maintain confidential payroll and employee records. - Respond to employee payroll questions in a professional and timely manner. - Assist with payroll reports and year-end documentation. - Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments. - Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents. - Organize digital files and provide administrative support for various departments. - Assist with onboarding paperwork and other administrative projects as needed. - Process weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time.
