Role Description Everlast Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Business Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our remote team. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to internal departments and customers. The successful candidate will help ensure business operations run efficiently while contributing to a positive customer experience. - Coordinate daily operational and administrative activities across multiple departments. - Maintain accurate digital records, databases, and company documentation. - Respond to customer and internal team inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner. - Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating virtual appointments. - Process business documents, reports, and operational requests with accuracy. - Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. - Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects and operational tasks are completed on schedule. - Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information. - Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned. Role Description We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist / Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. This role combines payroll processing with administrative support to help keep daily operations running smoothly. If you're organized, enjoy working with people, and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to hear from you. - Review timesheets, payroll records, and employee information for accuracy. - Maintain confidential payroll and employee records. - Respond to employee payroll questions in a professional and timely manner. - Assist with payroll reports and year-end documentation. - Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments. - Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents. - Organize digital files and provide administrative support for various departments. - Assist with onboarding paperwork and other administrative projects as needed. - Process weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time.
