Position OverviewThe Adops Manager will be responsible for leading initiatives to grow in-app monetization by optimizing and managing a large landscape of networks, for the highest grossing game in the company. You will work closely with cross functional teams driving business success through managing demand, and identifying opportunities for growth, and to drive efficiencies. What You'll Do - Own yield and revenue optimization by working with mobile ad networks for the largest mobile gaming ad partner in the industry - Manage relationships with external stakeholders and learn about the latest tech innovations in the space - Lead experimentation, AB tests, and present learnings/analysis to the broader team - Set up, test and manage ads from a variety of third-party networks and SSPs, including Zynga’s Private Marketplace executions - Lead our ad quality initiatives and maintain a high quality of advertising across the portfolio - Troubleshoot ad network integrations, finding and solving issues by corresponding with internal tech teams and the client - Grow ad supply through offerwall, rewarded video and other in-game surfacing points What You Bring - 3-5 years’ work experience in ad network or mobile ad trafficking business - Gaming publisher related ad experience highly recommended and prioritized - Familiarity with ad networks/DSPs/Rewarded Ad Vendors and tech program Charles Proxy a plus - Results oriented and proactive personality with eagerness to learn about the Desktop/Mobile Ads space - Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities is critical - Strong analytical and MS Excel skills preferred - BA or BS or equivalent experience is preferred - Must be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy - Must be a driver, highly ambitious and career oriented. Not only wanted to contribute but improve Zynga’s business. - Excellent written communication and verbal agility are necessary for cross-team collaboration What We Offer YouThe pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $78,900 and $116,760 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. • Serve as the operational hub between vendors, distribution centers, and internal stakeholders to make sure Learner and faculty kits arrive accurately and on time • Manage purchase requisitions, orders, and receiving across our ERP and e-commerce platforms • Track and resolve vendor issues, backorders, and delivery changes before they become Learner-facing problems • Own the coursekit inbox, making sure Learner questions get fast, accurate answers • Partner cross-functionally as kit needs evolve alongside our course catalog • Flag and escalate risks early so the team can stay ahead of them

• Own building safety performance — incident rates, near-miss reporting, audit compliance — as the foundation everything else is built on, not an afterthought to throughput. • Own the labor budget, labor cost targets, and cost-per-unit performance, and manage OT and labor spend against plan. • Develop your Inbound and Outbound Supervisors into leaders who can run their shifts without you in the building. • Find the systemic issue behind the recurring problem, and fix that instead of firefighting the same thing every week. • Hold the floor steady through peak volume and disruption, instead of white-knuckling through it. • Partner with Safety, Quality, Loss Prevention, Finance, and People so the building's numbers and its culture move in the same direction.

• Monitor employee attendance by reviewing daily timesheets, ensuring accurate clock-ins, and resolving timekeeping discrepancies • Create, update, and maintain job records within the company's job management system • Process employee reimbursements and expense requests accurately and in a timely manner • Assist with employee onboarding, including collecting employment documentation, W-9 forms, and coordinating field staff • Review and process payroll accurately and on schedule • Maintain payroll records and upload payroll data into QuickBooks as needed • Provide professional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly • Process customer payments and respond to billing and invoice inquiries • Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices to ensure timely collections • Communicate with the Department of Buildings (DOB), Con Edison, and other regulatory agencies regarding permits, inspections, approvals, and compliance requirements • Prepare and process change orders, revised proposals, and related invoices for client-requested modifications • Prepare and send accurate estimates and quotations for prospective customers • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned
