• Prepare assessment reports and deliver findings to clients. • Recommend the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates. • Maintain overall account responsibility and accountability for nominated accounts. • Plan/schedule workloads to maximize revenue-earning activity. • Complete extensive onboarding to reach Lead Assessor status. • Demonstrate knowledge and skills for standardized assessments related to audit practices. • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients based on location and qualifications. • Schedule visits, plan assessments, make travel plans, conduct assessments, report and manage results efficiently.

• Assisting with IT SOX planning through risk assessments, analysis of in-scope systems, and coordination of the testing approach. • Coordinating, scheduling, and conducting IT SOX walkthroughs effectively while ensuring compliance with established standards and requirements. • Conducting internal controls testing to assess operational effectiveness, identify deviations or gaps, and assist with root cause analysis and remediation. • Updating and maintaining controls and relevant control information within the Auditboard (now Optro) platform consistently throughout the year. • Partnering and coordinating with external auditors to provide necessary documentation while ensuring compliance with sampling guidelines to optimize audit reliance.

The main activities will be: - Executes accurate, objective, and high-quality social compliance assessments by implementing all requirements indicated in the client specific procedures, auditor training, and audit scope. - Prepares in advance by downloading and reading audit documents related to upcoming audits. - Documents and reports the audit findings/observations and submit the completed audit reports in a timely manner. - Communicates audit results to facility management in a professional, objective, and clear manner. - Verifies the effectiveness of corrective actions taken as a result of audit. - Cooperates with and supports other auditors and staff. - Promptly address any clarification queries from the reviewing team. - Complete all assigned training activities and actively participate in training sessions. - Applies feedback from reviewers, training supervisors, quality managers and client facing teams to future work for continuous improvement. - Treats privileged information with discretion and ensure all audit related documents and results remain confidential and well-guarded. - Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
