Creative Project Manager
Global Overview
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects, ensuring that communication is clear and concise between internal teams and clients • Understand project requirements and objectives, developing detailed plans to ensure successful execution and delivery • Manage day-to-day project activities, including but not limited to scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks/issues, and quality • Proactively identify potential risks/issues and recommend solutions to mitigate or avoid them altogether • Effectively communicate project updates and status to all relevant parties on a regular basis • Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of the creative process, providing guidance and support to team members as needed • Partner with the Creative Producer to ensure work is on track with all touch points • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the team, encouraging creativity and innovation • Work closely with other departments, such as Customer Marketing & Sales and Business Development, to ensure that all projects are completed in compliance with negotiated contracts. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project documentation • Develop post-mortem reports for completed projects, highlighting successes and areas for improvement • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with team members as appropriate
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field
- 3+ years professional experience in project management, agency account management, or similar role
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and project management software such as Basecamp or Asana
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools

Benefits - Salary: $85,000-$116,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
