Role Description The I&C Integration Leader will be expected to define and execute Requirements Management, Design Change Control, Design Baseline and Configuration Management strategy to support robust execution and delivery on time of the I&C project. Work closely with I&C engineering and operations, licensing, project management, and quality teams to ensure that Design Baseline aligns with approved project stage and that all design changes are rigorously evaluated, documented, and authorized. Role Description We are seeking a Project Leader to guide and fully own the development of processes and procedures for preparation of technical proposals and bid packages for safety system modernization projects in the nuclear I&C sector. This role connects engineering, product teams, and commercial functions to build solutions based on our standard digital I&C products. The Project Leader is responsible for the entire bid cycle: - Capturing requirements - Shaping the solution architecture - Developing costs and pricing inputs This person will help position the business to win by ensuring our processes and procedures for developing proposals are technically sound and aligned with regulatory expectations. The role also includes training and developing bid managers to become highly capable proposal leaders over time.
