• Own the NatSec inbound motion from first response through qualification, ensuring each lead is triaged quickly and clearly. • Conduct discovery to understand customer needs, procurement timing, budget, buying process, and opportunity scope. • Run transactional opportunities end-to-end, including quoting, procurement support, customer follow-up, and close. • Support government procurement and reseller workflows by building accurate quotes, coordinating pricing and configurations, and helping partners respond to solicitations involving Skydio products. • Partner with NatSec AEs, Field Sales Representatives, and Federal Program Managers on territory-specific quote requests, customer follow-up, and opportunity handoffs. • Attend industry events and conferences to capture leads, engage prospects and partners, and drive timely post-event follow-up. • Maintain accurate CRM records and help improve repeatable workflows for inbound qualification, quoting, handoffs, and transactional deal execution.

• Assisting in the successful implementation of licensing actions associated with Physical Security Programs for both construction and operations. • Supporting the design, construction, and implementation of all physical protection systems including barriers, access control facilities, intrusion detection & assessment systems, training facilities, and security response positions. • Support the development of security life cycle documents to include project plans, concept of operation plans, procedures, and implementation plans. • Support the development and implementation of regulatory documents such as physical security plans, training and qualification plans, and contingency response plans. • Perform nuclear security assessments necessary to support the development of the site’s security protective strategy and contingency response plan. • Serve as a security liaison to internal and external stakeholders to support plant design, safety & security interface, regulatory requirements, and the development of memorandums of understanding or other support documents. • Utilize work management processes to prepare and review technical materials and support nuclear safety programs. • Coordinating with design personnel to ensure new designs and design changes meet physical security regulatory requirements. • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining licensing documentation in compliance with Physical Security Design Programs, • Interfacing with technical discipline teams at TerraPower, partners, and contractors. • Preparing and reviewing technical material prepared by themselves and others. • Reviewing correspondence to and from the Nuclear Regulatory • Preparing or reviewing physical security regulatory • Serve as an SME for AA and FFD to include the regulations and guidance • Provide subject matter input and assist in developing and delivering comprehensive training and communications (AA, FFD, Behavior Observation, fatigue management) for staff and contractors • Assist in nuclear security program audits and assessments necessary to ensure compliance with program requirements. • Review correspondence to and from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as requested. • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance, high morale, and a focus on industrial safety. • Maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that fosters good relations with customers, partners, suppliers, co-workers, and management.

Role Description The Safe and Secure Technology Associate Administrator will support internal and external customers with technical issues and needs related to the safety and security of Carvana team members and assets. The Associate Administrator will use established processes to help identify, troubleshoot, and execute solutions via multiple mediums. This team member will learn and apply technology practices and help to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. What you’ll be doing - Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers. - Support assigned KPIs related to our Safe and Secure technology. - Take incoming calls and emails related to CCTV, Access Control, or Alarm Monitoring issues and requests. - Communicate with remote users via phone, email, or video calling to troubleshoot problems using (and sometimes without the use of) remote connectivity tools. - Review incoming Help Desk tickets to diagnose problems, gather additional information, identify solutions, and assign to other Safe and Secure resources as applicable. - Learn and assist with the configuration process of our CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm monitoring systems for all new buildings and installations. - Log all technical issues in Jira with the appropriate level of detail needed. - Leverage process standards, naming standards, how-tos, equipment information, and solutions to new problems and provide feedback related to these as needed. - Develop and employ judgment skills to properly evaluate situations and determine if the issue can be resolved quickly over the phone/email or be escalated appropriately. - Escalate issues to appropriate internal channels when the need arises. Qualifications - This is a client-facing support role. The qualifying candidate must be enthusiastic, and energetic and must take pride in helping people solve their Safe and Secure technology problems. - High School diploma or equivalent. - 1+ years of experience in the technical/physical security technology support field. - Intermediate skills in administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and other network services. - Solid problem-solving and technical skills and customer service experience. - The ability to effectively communicate with remote users via phone or email and troubleshoot problems using remote connectivity tools or sometimes with the blind. - A continuous learning/growth mindset.
