Role Description Join an innovative project at the intersection of FinTech and AI technologies. We are looking for a Senior/Principal Frontend Engineer to help build scalable, high-performance web applications for modern finance and accounting teams. This is a full-time remote position based in Brazil. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to create intuitive user experiences and deliver impactful solutions for a global SaaS platform. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React and Next.js - Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver seamless and user-friendly experiences - Integrate APIs and backend services into frontend applications - Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical decision-making - Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility - Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes, frontend standards, and product quality - Work closely with backend engineers to ensure smooth end-to-end functionality - Support performance optimization and frontend scalability initiatives Qualifications - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong focus on frontend development - Solid commercial experience with React - Experience with Next.js or similar modern frontend frameworks - Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript - Experience integrating APIs into web applications - Understanding of backend concepts and relational databases such as Postgres - Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility principles - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently in distributed teams - Upper-Intermediate English level or higher Requirements - Experience with Vue or Angular will be a plus - Knowledge of Node.js or NestJS will be a plus - Experience with frontend performance optimization and build tools will be a plus - Experience building AI-powered user experiences will be a plus - Experience integrating AI/LLM services into frontend applications will be a plus - Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, AI SDKs, or prompt-based applications will be a plus Personal Profile - Product-oriented mindset - Proactive communication style - Attention to UI/UX quality - Strong ownership and accountability - Ability to work in collaborative cross-functional teams

• Conduct thorough code reviews for different projects • Provide ongoing support and mentoring to junior team members • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for application performance optimization.

• Full-stack delivery of user-facing features — the frontend and the backend behind it, designed, built, tested, and shipped by you • Technical discovery — together with the PM, you validate feasibility, identify constraints, and shape the technical approach before scope is locked • End-to-end quality — you care whether the experience works in production, not only whether it passed review • AI-augmented development — Claude Code is our daily driver; MCP servers, custom agents, and internal tooling are part of the real workflow • Close collaboration with Product Managers and backend engineers — you own the how; the PM owns the what and why • UX coherence — you notice recurring issues, raise them, and leave the product better than you found it

• Work with a database of dormant and postponed leads. • Make outbound phone calls and communicate with prospects via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email. • Identify each lead's current needs, motivation, and urgency. • Handle common objections such as "It's no longer relevant," "I need more time," "I'm too busy," or "Maybe later." • Schedule career consultation calls with qualified leads. • Record all interactions and agreements in the CRM system. • Follow established scripts while maintaining a natural, confident, and engaging communication style.
