IT Project Manager
Wing Assistant
• Manage timelines for 60+ simultaneous projects by creating project plans, launch targets, and milestone schedules. • Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track. • Track project tasks, deliverables, and resource assignments to ensure timely execution. • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly with internal teams and stakeholders. • Update and maintain project information in ClickUp. • Collaborate closely with the existing Wing assistant to ensure project continuity. • Escalate project issues when necessary and execute appropriate follow-up actions. • Ensure multiple projects progress according to schedule while maintaining quality and accountability.
Job Requirements
- Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects independently
- Intermediate to advanced experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms (e.g., Asana or Monday.com)
- Strong understanding of IT and software implementation environments, including test environments, production environments, and system integrations
- Excellent project planning, organization, and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
