About the Position Join our team as a Senior QA Engineer, where your main mission will be to write automated tests for our API and UI layers. You'll wield tools like Selenium to hunt down bugs and ensure our software is flawless. As a senior, you'll also mentor and guide team members, sharing your expertise in automation and testing best practices. If you're a detail-oriented techie who loves a good challenge, this role is your playground. What You'll Do - Working with the existing QA and development team members, deliver a comprehensive test strategy for an industry leading SaaS application - Ensure that test plans are consistent with test activities across a diverse and distribute set of development teams - Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and build test plans - Maintain existing tests and write manual and automated tests while features are being developed - Test and validate software to ensure that it satisfies requirements and is free from defects - Analyze the root cause for testing failures and open appropriate tickets with sufficient findings - Integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline and increase the organization's speed to market - Manually test application components where automation is not a good fit - Make recommendations on how our current testing processes can be improved - Mentor team members in testing strategies and automation design patterns What We're Looking For - 8 or more years experience in an Agile, highly collaborative, team-based environment - 5 or more years experience developing API and UI test automation projects - BS and/or MS in a technical discipline (Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred) - Expertise with OOP concepts and design patterns - Strong understanding of web and browser technologies - Strong understanding of software development languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber What We Offer - Competitive salary - $95,000-$125,000 - Employer sponsored health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - Retirement plan with company contribution - Annual company profit sharing - Personal development/training budget - Open, collaborative work environment - Extensive 2-week onboarding plan - Comprehensive mentorship program Equal Opportunity Employer Statement & Applicant Rights TherapyNotes LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other protected status under federal, state, or local law. • The QAN QAR Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing QAN QAR projects, conducting audits and handling related corrective actions. • Conduct QAN/QAR audits to verify manufacturer and factory compliance to EN/ISO/IEC 80079-34, IECEx 02, ISO 9001:2015, and other relevant requirements. • Review client-provided QAN/QAR submissions to ensure documentation packages are complete prior to formal audit. • Prepare audit schedules, agendas, checklists, and supporting materials for internal and external audits. • Compile audit reports and technical documentation to aid Certification Decisions. • Document audit findings and NCRs clearly and objectively in QAN/QAR audit reports. • Review and evaluate client NCR responses and verify effectiveness of proposed corrective actions. • Prepare QAN and QAR certificates in strict accordance with IECEx and ATEX regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with audit, inspection and operations teams to develop annual QAN/QAR audit schedule. • Complete peer review of audit reports from peer/affiliate/contract auditors. • Maintain audit traceability, ensuring all evidence is appropriately collected, stored, and secured. • Process suspension, cancellation and reinstatement of authorized manufacturers and factories based on audit outcome. • Facilitate timely communication of findings and project status with relevant SGS teams (Certification, Quality, and Management). • Actively participate in and support external audits conducted by national and international accreditation bodies. • Assist in preparing responses to external customer or regulatory body audit requests. • Monitor recurring issues and trends to support continuous improvement initiatives. • Conduct other specialized audits and surveillance inspections as required (KOSHA, KGS, INMETRO etc.) • Maintain up to date knowledge of internal policies, international standards and industry specific quality requirement changes. • Perform additional duties as required to support evolving needs of the Hazardous Location certification team.
