• Build and expand MCP servers that expose Starfish's data management capabilities to LLM-powered workflows • Develop intelligent agents that can reason over storage metadata at scale — including local LLM deployment and configuration using vLLM, Ollama, or similar • Create workflow automation and chat-based interfaces for querying and acting on Starfish data • Build proof-of-concept implementations and turn them into production-grade features • Support customers through installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AI features and integrations • Get on calls with technical teams, understand their use cases, and translate requirements into working agents • Document what you learn so the next person doesn't have to figure it out from scratch

• Develop and enhance the Starfish Storage Product Integrations to meet our design goals and customer needs • Collaborate with product and technical staff on product roadmap and R&D planning and implementation • Make the core product take advantage of unique abilities of storage systems for better interoperability • Create tools to make administration of the system easier and more user-friendly

• Develop detailed, accurate quotes requiring the application of complex pricing structures • Support the creation and delivery of software licensing and related customer deliverables • Manage and track customer support renewals through proactive, multi-touch engagement • Monitor license utilization and assist in identifying opportunities within existing accounts • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records across prospects, clients, and partners • Translate meeting discussions into clear, actionable updates • Review reporting and ensure timely follow-up across the sales team • Contribute to detailed internal documentation and process improvement initiatives • Collaborate with sales and leadership to improve efficiency and support business growth

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux & Windows System Administrator with strong Quality Assurance (QA) experience to join our growing technology team. • This role requires deep systems expertise across both Linux and Windows environments, combined with a quality-driven mindset to ensure reliability, security, performance, and compliance across our infrastructure. • You will play a critical role in designing, maintaining, securing, automating, and validating the Starfish Storage product while integrating QA best practices to assure it’s reliable and bulletproof. • Develop and execute infrastructure validation and testing plans • Build automated test scripts for system validation and deployment pipelines • Validate system updates, patches, and configuration changes before production rollout • Enforce documentation, change control, and release management processes • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to improve CI/CD reliability
