• Create brand-consistent social media graphics, posts, carousels, banners, and campaign assets • Design website graphics, illustrations, icons, mockups, and landing page visuals • Develop reusable templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, presentations, and advertisements • Support the creation of product marketing assets, feature graphics, launch materials, and promotional content • Define and maintain consistent visual themes, layouts, typography, colours, and brand communication • Help improve and document Occibo’s visual brand guidelines • Create book mockups, digital product previews, promotional images, and marketing collateral • Prepare graphics for online events, surveys, reports, case studies, and sales presentations • Resize, adapt, and optimize designs for different digital platforms • Work with the marketing, product, UX/UI, and content teams to turn ideas into clear visual communication • Organize and maintain a reusable digital asset library

Role Description As a key member of our Digital Experience & Design team, the Senior User Experience (UX) Designer is responsible for creating user-centered digital experiences that align customer needs with business goals. This role combines user research, interaction design, collaboration, and problem-solving to deliver intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences across web, mobile, and digital products. The UX Designer partners closely with designers, developers, content strategists, and business stakeholders throughout the design process while championing the voice of the customer and reinforcing Mutual of Omaha's brand experience. Qualifications - Portfolio required. Candidates must provide examples of UX work and case studies that demonstrate their design process, problem-solving approach, and impact on user and business outcomes. - Experience in UX design, UX research, interaction design, or related disciplines, with the ability to apply user-centered design principles to solve complex business and customer challenges. - Proven ability to create and communicate UX deliverables such as personas, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and usability findings. - Advanced proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, interactive prototyping, design systems, and collaborative design workflows, along with experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams. - Passion for continuous learning, accessibility, inclusive design, and creating exceptional digital experiences that deliver value to customers and the business. - You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. - Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico. Benefits - Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications): - Senior UX Designer: $99,000 - $133,500, plus annual bonus opportunity. - UX Designer: $86,000 - $114,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. - 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. - Work-life balance with vacation, personal time, and paid holidays.
