Solution Consultant – Large Enterprise
Nexthink
• Become a Nexthink subject matter expert and thought leader - internally and externally championing the business value of the Nexthink Platform • Help the sales team qualify leads by applying deep product knowledge to address customer business issues and demonstrate value • Show how Nexthink solutions support broader customer initiatives and translate into measurable business outcomes • Engage stakeholders across IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to surface use cases where Nexthink delivers value • Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions, using industry knowledge to keep deals moving forward • Run and facilitate value-based workshops that help prospects fully understand how Nexthink addresses their strategic priorities and major challenges • Represent Nexthink as a speaker at key company events and marketing activities • Evangelize for Nexthink both internally and externally as a recognized thought leader • This is a field-based role requiring domestic travel to client sites across the Southeast Region, with occasional travel to other Nexthink locations across the USA and internationally
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an enterprise presales or technical consulting role
- Proven track record partnering with a sales organization to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals
- Experience serving as a key technical resource introducing new technology into a new market
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and their management
- Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience functions
- Cloud, Windows 10, O365, or other migration-, release-, or change-related projects
- ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service disciplines
- Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex solutions environments
- Strong business acumen — able to translate business context into creative, pragmatic solutions
- An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable working independently with minimal guidance, with the judgment to know when to escalate
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn Nexthink's products, services, and business
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the presence to engage senior leaders and executives
- A team player who thrives on finding solutions in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
