Scheduling Coordinator
Presidio
• Process project based scopes and service requests as they arrive through email • Act as the single point of contact for all engineering scopes and service requests • Assemble an appropriate team based on skillset, scheduled meetings, project plan timelines • Ensure projects start in a timely manner • Consistently monitor engineering schedules to deliver maximum utilization • Internal communication with engineering managers, account managers and project managers • Add, cancel or make changes to engineer schedules • Resolve appointment conflicts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- 6+ years of experience working in a professional/corporate/office environment
- 6+ years of customer experience
- Experience/understanding of technology projects and scheduling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
