Role Description At Pavago, we’re hiring an Account Manager to own the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of U.S.-based clients. This is not a traditional account management role. You’ll be responsible for managing hiring processes from kickoff through successful placement by partnering directly with clients, sourcing and evaluating top talent, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. What You’ll Own - Full-Cycle Recruitment - Own the recruitment process from intake through successful placement. - Conduct kickoff meetings to understand hiring goals, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. - Develop sourcing strategies for each search. - Source candidates using: - LinkedIn Recruiter - Job boards - Internal talent pools - Professional networks - Screen resumes and conduct structured interviews. - Evaluate: - Skills - Experience - Communication - Cultural fit - Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple open roles. - Candidate Management - Guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process. - Ensure every candidate completes a full application package before client submission, including: - Updated resume - Screening interview - Salary expectations - Availability and notice period - Introductory video - Required assessments (when applicable) - Additional client-requested documentation - Follow up proactively to ensure timely completion of hiring requirements. - Prepare candidates for client interviews. - Maintain consistent communication from first contact through onboarding. - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. - Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. - Provide regular hiring updates and market insights. - Present only fully qualified and thoroughly vetted candidates. - Coordinate interview scheduling and collect client feedback. - Manage offers, negotiations, onboarding, and successful placements. - Build long-term client relationships that encourage repeat business. - Recruitment Operations - Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems. - Track candidate progress across every stage of the hiring process. - Keep hiring pipelines organized and up to date. - Meet hiring timelines while maintaining high-quality standards. - Continuously improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in: - Full-cycle recruitment - Talent acquisition - Agency recruiting - Experience managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously. - Strong experience sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. - Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Strong interviewing and relationship-building abilities. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
