• Manage a Delinea Sprint team of software engineers - both the people and the projects that they work on. • Specifically, managing a dev team of 4 engineers focused on powering just-in-time access on the Delinea Platform with the Request Approval service and the user-centric Inbox service. • Plan, execute, and deliver high quality software projects on time and within budget. • This is a player-coach role. You are expected to stay hands-on with development, not just oversee the team and the roadmap. • Using Scrum processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, Dev, Arch) to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing and running Agile Sprint teams with very strong technical and personal skills.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and web application technologies.
- Strong design skills and full software development lifecycle experience required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with engineers, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Experience with developing and hosting SaaS and/or cloud-based applications.
- Experience with large codebases and unit testing -- mock frameworks, automation testing.
- Readiness and adaptability to AI enabled development and processes.
