Senior Analyst, Tech Infrastructure
CVS Health
• Manage and oversee the acquisition and renewal of IT assets, software, maintenance, and associated services, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. • Coordinates the end‑to‑end procurement process by requesting quotes, validating business requirements, and ensuring renewals align with organizational needs and compliance expectations. • Manages Labor‑Based Statements of Work (SOWs), including intake, validation, routing, tracking, and renewal, ensuring all labor engagements adhere to procurement policy, rate structures, required approvals, and contractual compliance. • Ensures timely creation and processing of purchase orders to support maintenance renewals, new technology purchases, and labor SOW engagements. • Supports audit readiness by maintaining contract, SOW, and renewals documentation in accordance with document retention and compliance standards. • Collaborates closely with IT Teams, procurement, finance, legal and vendors to ensure alignment on requirements and compliance considerations. • Works with vendor partners to clarify contract terms, SOW deliverables, renewal timelines and any required updates or modifications. • Communicates status updates, issues, and key milestones to stakeholders throughout the acquisition and renewal lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in IT procurement, renewals, contract management, or vendor governance.
- Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle processes, supplier management principles, and Statement of Work governance.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to interpret data, identify issues, and drive resolution.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- High attention to detail with strong commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams).
