Contracts Manager
Temporal Technologies
• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end review processes for both the sell-side and buy-side, including NDAs, MSAs, Statements of Work, and procurement agreements. • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Security, and other stakeholders to enable deal velocity. • Serve as the primary administrator for Temporal’s CLM platform by owning system configuration, workflow design, user management, and ongoing optimization. • Build, maintain, and improve automated contract workflows and intake processes that reduce cycle times and minimize manual steps. • Develop and maintain commercial contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks, and continuously improve and scale the Legal team's contracting operations. • Create and deliver training materials, internal guidelines, and FAQs to assist cross-functional partners and improve self-service on routine questions for Legal. • Contribute to Legal team operational initiatives, including process improvements, tool implementations, and reporting standardization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of experience in contract management for commercial transactions, ideally supporting a SaaS or tech company.
- Experience with managing a wide variety of commercial agreements, such as procurement agreements, MSAs, NDAs, and/or other commercial SaaS and technical agreements.
- Hands-on experience with contracts management systems (such as, or similar to, Ironclad, Zip, and Docusign).
- Ability to think creatively, function independently, and work proactively.
- Team-focused and collaborative work style, and a willingness to build expertise and solve new challenges in an evolving setting.
- Hyper-responsive and service-oriented attitude, and a love for solving hard problems on a small team.
- Experience with AI-powered contract tools.
- Experience implementing CLM systems and other legal operations tools.
- Project management skills are a bonus.
