• Works with an aligned team to iteratively and incrementally deliver value • Acts as a catalyst for change and a servant leader for aligned team(s) • Drives the implementation of frameworks focusing on value, flow, quality, and continuous improvement • Guides the Scrum Team on using Scrum and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products • Removes impediments that may obstruct the team's goals
Job Requirements
- Typically 3+ years related IT experience with 1-3 years as a scrum master
- 2+ years of experience on a Scrum Team in a SAFe agile environment
- Strong presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills
- Experience with agile methodologies on large scale, technically complex projects
- Validated agile learning/credentials such as CSM, A-CSM, SA, PSM, IC Agile such as ACC
- Experience with Agile Tracking tools such as ADO, Jira, VersionOne, Rally
- Experience with testing practices (Gherkin) and DevOps
- Experience facilitating the removal of impediments
