Role Description The Business Development Representative is a dynamic trailblazer, responsible for igniting new business opportunities and fuelling revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing promising leads. This job will be primarily remote, but will require the successful candidate to travel to client sites as needed. What you will be doing: - Actively seek out and visit potential clients to promote products/services and present new opportunities. - Negotiate, and execute service agreements, including pricing schedules. - Conduct cold calls and manage the entire sales process using CRM tools. - Develop and maintain lists of prospects, set up introduction meetings, and give sales presentations. - Assist in implementing new programs for clients and upsell additional services/products to meet business targets. Qualifications - An enthusiastic outbound sales professional. - Someone who can navigate a CRM with ease and enjoys learning new technology! - Likes getting creative with Excel, Word, and impress clients with your PowerPoint skills. - Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities: Valuing and respecting team members and clients is our top priority!
