Electrical General Foreman

• Leading and managing electrical crews, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. • Working with project managers, other foremen, and subcontractors to coordinate workflow and maintain project timelines. • Troubleshooting electrical problems, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring quality control. • Managing materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient project execution. • Enforcing safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. • Guiding and training electricians in safety protocols and job skills.
Job Requirements
- Typically requires several years of experience in electrical work and some supervisory experience.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation practices.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical and personnel issues.
- Effective communication with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders.
