Job Description
Salesforce Integration Developer
StackAdapt
Role Description - Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise business applications (NetSuite, Snowflake, HubSpot, Gong, and similar), ensuring reliable data flow and process automation via APIs, webhooks, and middleware/iPaaS tools. - Serve as a Salesforce subject-matter expert — understanding its object model, data structure, and configuration deeply enough to troubleshoot integration issues, advise on data architecture, and perform light administration (fields, page layouts, permission sets, flows, etc.) as needed. - Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to translate business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash) into scalable, well-architected integration workflows. - Build and maintain integrations in Workato (or similar iPaaS platforms), applying integration design patterns, error handling, and monitoring best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug integration issues across cloud applications, ensuring data accuracy and service reliability between Salesforce and connected systems. - Document integration architecture, data flows, and design decisions clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Work with SaaS vendor support teams to resolve technical issues spanning applications, APIs, and infrastructure. - Support Salesforce release management and coordinate integration testing alongside platform changes. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 3–5 years of hands-on experience in integration development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce's application and data structure (objects, fields, relationships, sharing model) and some Salesforce administration experience. - Proven, hands-on expertise building integrations using Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform (Zapier, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) — this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have. - Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as NetSuite, Snowflake, HubSpot, Gong, or similar tools, including how their data models and APIs typically integrate with a CRM. - Strong knowledge of integration methods: REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, pub/sub, event-driven architecture, and ETL/data transformation processes. - Familiarity with authentication and authorization standards (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, API keys). - Experience with event-driven/messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS) is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly. - Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) and/or integration platform certifications (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi) are a plus. Requirements - The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in Ontario, Canada. - This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package. - Factors influencing final compensation include the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications. - Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer. Benefits - Highly competitive salary - Retirement/401K/Pension Savings globally - Competitive Paid time off packages including birthdays off! - Access to a comprehensive mental health care program - Health benefits from day one of employment - Work from home reimbursements - Optional global WeWork membership for those who want a change from their home office and hubs in London and Toronto - Robust training and onboarding program - Coverage and support of personal development initiatives (conferences, courses, books etc) - Access to StackAdapt programmatic courses and certifications to support continuous learning - An awesome parental leave program - A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture - Our social and team events!

Role Description The Salesforce Support Leader is accountable for the day-to-day health of the WIN (Salesforce) support function — the central intake and resolution channel through which the global field gets help with WIN and our integrated sales tools. The function handles high volume, with 20,000+ requests annually, and this leader owns the experience end to end. The leader operates with a player-coach orientation: setting direction, holding the line on standards, and picking up the work when it matters most. This is the front line of the producer experience in WIN — every interaction shapes adoption, trust, and ultimately revenue outcomes. Strong leadership here turns support from a cost center into a strategic driver of CRM success. This position can be fully virtual/remote/work from home and you can be based anywhere in the US or Canada. How you'll make an impact - Salesforce Support Operations - Lead the global CRM support function, handling high-volume requests (20K+ annually). - Own intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution of producer and sales support requests. - Ensure adherence to standardized support processes rather than bypass or escalation outside the model. - Establish and monitor SLAs, response times, and resolution quality. - Escalation & Case Management - Act as the point of accountability for critical escalations impacting producers and leadership. - Build a structured escalation model with clear ownership and response protocols. - Partner with Product, Sales Ops, and CRM teams to resolve systemic issues quickly. - Continuous Improvement & Insights - Analyze support cases to identify trends, root causes, and systemic gaps. - Feed prioritized enhancements into the WIN product backlog. - Drive improvements in case categorization, reporting, and knowledge management, aligned with ongoing case-redesign efforts. - Team Leadership & Capacity Management - Lead and develop a team of support analysts and admins. - Manage workload distribution, capacity, and burnout risk. - Establish clear roles across support, admins, and business analysts. - Cross-Functional Alignment - Manage the offshore Gallagher Centre of Excellence delivery of Support processes. - Partner with CRM Training and Adoption and Divisional Sales Operations on process and field alignment. - Collaborate with the CRM Product on features, enhancements and bugs. - Ensure the support model scales across regions (GGB, GBS, Global). What Success Looks Like - Speed & Quality - SLA adherence across response and resolution. - Reduction in escalation volume. - Field Experience - Improved producer satisfaction with support interactions. - Reduced friction points in WIN workflows. - Efficiency at Scale - Decrease in repeat issues and duplicate tickets. - Increased self-service through knowledge base and automation. - Business Impact - Measurable contribution to WIN adoption and usage. - Clear linkage between support insights and product improvements. Qualifications - 8+ years in Sales Ops, CRM Support, or Salesforce administration. - Proven experience leading a high-volume support function. - Strong background in Salesforce / CRM platforms. Requirements - Operational rigor across process design, SLAs, and queue management. - Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis. - Ability to translate field pain into scalable solutions. - Executive communication skills that are clear, concise, and action-oriented. Leadership Style - Field-first mindset with genuine producer empathy. - Data-driven decision maker. - Calm under pressure with strong escalation management. - Builder of scalable systems, not just reactive support. Benefits - Competitive compensation. - Comprehensive benefits programs designed to support your well-being. - Career development opportunities and ongoing learning. - A collaborative, people-first culture with accessible leadership. - The opportunity to do meaningful work with global reach and local impact.
