Role Description Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to be a part of the technical design and implementation Salesforce solutions team. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on development expertise to deliver innovative solutions for our government clients. • Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows. • Configure and maintain Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, and Knowledge to support SLA compliance. • Build and maintain Experience Cloud sites, managing community user experiences, page layouts, and sharing rules for external/partner/customer users. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions. • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and third-party integrations. • Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and transformation using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL platforms (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft). • Partner with support/customer service leadership and product team to translate business requirements into scalable Service Cloud and community solutions. • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivering user stories on time.
