• Manage, coach, and support a team of quoting and SOW specialists supporting Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance stakeholders. • Manage the day-to-day CPQ process within Salesforce, including product configuration, pricing rule application, discount approval workflows, and quote-to-order handoff integrity. • Support quality and consistency of Statement of Work documents across professional services and bank application engagements by applying established review and sign-off standards. • Serve as an escalation point for quoting questions, pricing exceptions, and SOW scope clarifications, coordinating with Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and senior leaders as needed. • Partner with Managed Services delivery leads to ensure SOW scope accurately reflects resource models, SLAs, and contractual obligations. • Maintain and recommend improvements to quoting templates, SOW libraries, and process documentation to reduce cycle time and error rates. • Track and share operational metrics, including quote turnaround time, SOW approval cycle, and revision rates, with leadership on an established cadence. • Ensure all quoting and SOW activity adheres to applicable financial services regulatory requirements, internal controls, and GLBA information handling standards. • Collaborate with Finance to align quote-to-cash processes with revenue recognition policies and billing operations. • Participate in Salesforce CPQ enhancement projects, including migration planning toward Revenue Cloud as applicable.
Job Requirements
- 4–6+ years in quoting, revenue operations, sales operations, or related business operations, with at least 1–2 years of team lead or people management experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CPQ or equivalent configure-price-quote platform.
- Direct experience drafting or managing Statements of Work in a professional or managed services environment.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations.
- Salesforce CPQ certification or Revenue Cloud familiarity.
- Experience operating within a shared services model supporting multiple business units simultaneously.
- Background in managed services delivery or professional services scoping for technology-enabled financial services clients.
- Working knowledge of financial services operations, including an understanding of regulatory considerations such as GLBA and bank application processes; familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and quote-to-cash workflow automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.

Role Description The Senior Manager, Specialty Clinical Platforms serves as the Technical Capability Owner (TCO) for specialty EHR platforms and the broader application ecosystem supporting surgical and urology practices.
