Job Description
Director, GTM Enablement
Scribe
• Define and build Scribe's enablement function from scratch, including the operating model, tooling, and roadmap across Sales, SDR, and Customer Success. • Design and launch an onboarding program that measurably reduces time to productivity for new GTM hires. • Build role based learning paths, certification programs, and competency frameworks that create consistency across the revenue org. • Partner with Product Marketing to turn every product launch, positioning update, and competitive shift into a program GTM teams can actually use. • Develop and maintain the core sales infrastructure, including playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, and objection handling, so reps aren't building their own from scratch. • Establish a measurement framework that ties enablement activity to business outcomes, and use it to make the case for what to build next. • Serve as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, not just a program executor.
Job Requirements
- Has built a sales or revenue enablement function at a high growth SaaS company, not inherited one.
- Brings 8+ years across enablement, revenue operations, or go-to-market roles with demonstrated impact on ramp time, productivity, or win rates.
- Has worked closely with Product Marketing and knows how to close the gap between positioning and what reps actually say in the field.
- Comfortable owning the outcome, not just the program, and can connect enablement work to pipeline and retention metrics.
- Has the executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and the hands-on instinct to build without a team underneath them yet.
- Has operated in AI or SaaS environments and understands the speed at which messaging, product, and competitive context shifts.
Benefits
- Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents
- Flexible paid time off and company holidays
- 401(k)
- Paid parental leave
- Daily catered lunch (SF office)
- Commuter benefits
- Home office stipend

Role Description Join a growing NGO team behind an open-source, free-to-use web tool that's revolutionizing coral reef monitoring for scientists and institutions around the world. We're looking for a kind, hands-on, execution-focused marketing consultant who thrives on juggling multiple workstreams at once and reliably delivering each of them. This is a doer's role. You'll own the day-to-day marketing engine: - Social media content - A consistent content calendar - Newsletters - Product communications that share new features and real user stories You should be energized by this kind of steady, tangible output, not just big-picture strategy. That said, we also welcome your perspective: as you get to know the product, we'd love input on how we should be marketing it and its new features. Think trusted advisor, not CMO. You don't need a marine science or conservation background. We have deep technical and scientific expertise in-house and can supply the substance; we need you to translate it into clear, on-brand, polished communications for a global audience across our channels (X and LinkedIn primarily, with opportunities to grow Instagram and Facebook). The right fit is someone scrappy and self-directed who's comfortable being the whole marketing team, digging in without a big support structure behind them, staying organized, and being accountable for deliverables week over week. Qualifications - Experience with graphic design / Adobe Suite (not a primary skill, but could handle some light design/creation/editing) - Communications (social posts, marketing calendars, experience managing website developers or designers) - Marketing (create and execute go-to-market strategies, understand and develop strategy for a technology product suite) - UI/UX Design skills (desirable, e.g., Canva or Figma experience to translate user requirements into frontend design mockups) Requirements - Product marketing execution (tech or SaaS experience desired) - Social media management and content calendar ownership (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) - Content creation and storytelling for technology audiences: social posts, newsletters, blogs, 1-pagers, presentation decks - Strong organizational habits: you keep work visible and on track (we use Trello) - Experience with WordPress CMS and Mailchimp - Graphic design background a plus (Adobe Suite, Figma); dedicated design support is available for larger visual projects Benefits - Hourly Rate: $60 - This will be a W2 Engagement - Background Check Required - Benefits available
