• Be a key technical contact for Addingwell's partner agencies. • Support agencies through their integrations: onboarding, deployments, and advanced troubleshooting. • Create and maintain enablement resources (guides, FAQs, procedures) for partners. • Set up feedback loops between agencies and internal teams to identify recurring pain points. • Be the primary technical point of contact for technology partners (Google, Meta, etc.) and oversee integrations and certifications. • Ensure the quality and reliability of server-side integrations for Addingwell clients. • Investigate and resolve technical incidents (data collection, tagging flows, connectors). • Collaborate with engineering to prioritize fixes and improve resolution times. • Contribute to the evolution of internal tools, dashboards, and support processes. • Drive Addingwell's technical documentation strategy (internal and client-facing). • Write and maintain integration guides, API references, and troubleshooting procedures. • Work with Product and engineering teams to ensure content consistency and currency. • Relay field feedback (clients, agencies) to the Product team to influence the roadmap. • Participate in the design and rollout of new features, ensuring technical readiness for support. • Proactively propose improvements that enhance the client and partner experience.
