• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Veeva Clinical, RIM, and Quality applications. • Define solution architecture, configuration standards, integration patterns, and technical governance for the Veeva Vault platform. • Gather and analyze business, technical, data, security, and regulatory requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs. • Lead requirements workshops, architecture sessions, design reviews, and technical decision-making with business and technology stakeholders. • Design and oversee integrations between Veeva Vault and clinical, regulatory, quality, enterprise, and data platforms. • Provide technical oversight for system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, releases, and application lifecycle activities. • Partner with development and implementation teams to review technical designs, APIs, data mappings, migration approaches, and custom components. • Recommend the effective use of standard Veeva capabilities to minimize unnecessary customization and improve maintainability. • Support Computer Software Assurance and Computer System Validation activities, including risk assessments, validation planning, testing, traceability, and change control. • Ensure solutions support applicable requirements, including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, data integrity, security, privacy, records retention, and audit trail requirements.

• Lead solution architecture, design workshops, technical decision-making, and implementation governance. • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Veeva PromoMats and related Veeva Vault commercial and medical applications. • Translate business and compliance requirements into scalable technical and configuration designs. • Design and oversee PromoMats configuration, including document lifecycles, workflows, metadata, objects, security, reporting, and deployment. • Define and govern integrations among PromoMats, Salesforce CRM, digital channels, marketing platforms, identity systems, customer reference data, MDM, analytics platforms, and external agency solutions. • Prepare and maintain solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications, configuration documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures. • Support promotional content migration, metadata mapping, reconciliation, and MLR process design. • Review implementation-partner deliverables and ensure technical decisions align with Cristcot standards and business objectives.

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to show how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers' technical and business needs across the full lifecycle. • Drive the technical evaluation process as the directly responsible individual, including solution design, POC/POV ownership, workshop design, and the technical components of tenders, audits, and value stream assessments. • Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams across MENA to shape and execute account strategies that support new customer acquisition and expansion. • Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through GitLab-driven transformation and enabling them to become GitLab advocates. • Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices, challenging existing approaches to improve return on investment. • Serve as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that inform roadmap and positioning. • Maintain and extend your technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and related cloud technologies, creating reusable examples, best practice guidance, and technical collateral for customers and partners. • Invest in your own growth and development through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to continuously improve the impact of the Solutions Architect team.

• As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible to take the business requirements and turn that into a software design that can become a blueprint for the implementation team to follow. • You will also be responsible to make sure that the implementation team follows the design and delivers the project as per the agreed designs. • A solution architect at Creative Chaos will participate in the presales, user experience design, sprint, development, and delivery phases of a project and review the overall proposal. • During user experience design, you will provide valuable input and review the wireframes from a technical standpoint. • Before the actual development work starts, you will produce necessary artifacts to provide the team with direction. • Necessary artifacts for the development team will be provided as a Solutions Design Document. • During the development phase, you will ensure that the design is followed and any changes in the design are documented. • An architect will also be responsible to review the work the development team produces. • You will provide necessary training to developers and should be the sole go-to person for the stakeholders and the team on all technical matters.
