• Own and administer Deel as our group HRIS • Build and maintain people reporting • Manage integrations between Deel and other tools • Drive the people systems roadmap • Own the monthly payroll cycle for all group entities • Collect and validate payroll inputs • Process payroll through Deel • Work closely with internal accounting teams • Own the payroll calendar and ensure statutory deadlines are met • Reconcile payroll with Finance • Continuously improve payroll processes • Provide occasional support to the wider People Operations team

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience across payroll and HR systems
  • Experience running multi-country payroll through a global payroll platform
  • Strong HRIS administration experience
  • High accuracy and strong process discipline
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work autonomously across different time zones and group entities

Role Description As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day payroll processing for approximately 2,000 employees across multiple locations.
