• Operationalize and Own Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Implement and evolve pricing and packaging frameworks post-consulting engagement, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing optimization. • Single Point of Accountability: Serve as the central owner for all pricing and packaging efforts, spanning strategic evaluation, operational execution, and continuous improvement. • Pricing Impact Modeling: Develop, maintain, and refine pricing impact models to analyze market performance and recommend adjustments that maximize revenue. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Rev Ops, Legal, and other teams to ensure pricing and packaging strategies are aligned, compliant, and ready for market. • Go-to-Market Governance: Govern go-to-market processes related to commercialization to ensure every launch meets pricing, packaging, and value criteria. • Feedback & Optimization: Establish feedback loops to inform future pricing and packaging adjustments, embedding best practices into ongoing commercialization activities.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, product marketing, revenue management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing pricing and packaging strategies for SaaS, enterprise software, or technology products.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, market analysis, and revenue optimization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience operationalizing consulting deliverables and driving sustained business impact.
  • Project management skills with a track record of owning initiatives from strategy through execution.
