You’ll also maintain networks in a Virtual Machine Software (VMware) environment as well as analyze and resolve problems associated with the operating system’s servers, hardware, applications and software. You’ll also monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security standards. Role Description Monitors all open work orders working with local Convergint offices (CTCs) for updates and resolutions, providing direction on solutions based on knowledge of customer requirements and history.
