Role Description We're seeking a team of mid-level ASIC Verification Engineer to lead verification efforts for next-generation networking and AI accelerator SoCs. In this role, you'll define verification strategies, develop scalable UVM-based environments, drive coverage closure, and ensure high-quality silicon delivery through close collaboration with design, software, emulation, and validation teams. - Lead end-to-end ASIC/SoC verification from planning through coverage and signoff. - Build and enhance UVM/SystemVerilog verification environments at block, subsystem, and SoC levels. - Create verification plans, develop testcases, execute regressions, and resolve RTL issues. - Work cross-functionally with ASIC design, hardware, and post-silicon teams to achieve first-pass silicon success. - Mentor engineers, promote verification best practices, and leverage AI-driven tools to improve productivity. Qualifications - 4+ years of ASIC/SoC verification experience using SystemVerilog, UVM, VCS, and Verdi (or similar tools). - Strong expertise in complex SoC verification, including multi-clock and reset-domain designs. - Experience developing verification environments from the ground up. - Knowledge of Git/SVN and scripting languages such as Python, Tcl, Perl, or Shell. - Proven experience verifying high-speed networking technologies, including 50G/100G/400G Ethernet MAC/PCS, TCP/IP, UDP, RDMA/RoCE, or IPsec. - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred). • Deliver design solutions across a broad spectrum of packaging projects • Mentor and coach Junior and Intermediate Designers • Execute ideas with high skill level as a problem-solver • Oversee projects ensuring quality and timelines are met • Develop case studies and creative concepts for presentations

• Participate and support the design team in all phases of multiple design projects, from design development through construction management and installation. • Assist with sourcing furniture, fabrics, fixtures, and finishes in line with project needs, the design team’s vision, and project budget. • Develop furniture, fabric, and material studies for in-house designers. • Prepare and maintain finish schedules, specifications, furnishing budgets, product logs, and shop drawings. • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and operators to support project execution. • Assist with scheduling installations, field verification, and punch-list completion. • Attend design presentations, progress meetings, frame walks, installations, final walks, and follow-up meetings. • Maintain project documentation and records, and assist with processing vendor invoices for payment. • Build productive relationships with clients, design showrooms, vendors, and operator partners. • Stay current with design trends, materials, building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to residential and commercial design. • Escalate project issues requiring design decisions to the Interior Design Manager. • Assist the VP of Design, Creative Designer with special design projects as necessary.

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business, functional, and technical requirements • Review business requirements, user stories, workflow documentation, and acceptance criteria to ensure complete testing coverage • Develop positive, negative, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance test scenarios supporting enterprise healthcare applications • Create and maintain test data supporting manual and automated testing activities • Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, Test Engineers, and project stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate expected system behavior • Maintain requirements traceability between business requirements, test cases, defects, and production releases • Support Configuration and Integration Testing (CIT), deployment validation, and production readiness activities • Review test execution results and recommend improvements to testing strategies and overall software quality • Maintain testing documentation, test repositories, and quality records supporting governance and audit activities • Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve testing methodologies, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes
