Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 15+ years in IT infrastructure/operations with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Strong expertise in database operations (SQL Server/MySQL/Postgres/NoSQL)
- Hands-on leadership experience with IAM platforms (AD, Azure AD, Okta, Ping, etc.)
- Proven experience administering and scaling Jira/Confluence or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of ITIL, change management, and operational best practices
- Certifications: AWS/Azure Database Specialty, CISSP, CISM, Atlassian Certified Administrator, ITIL
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government)
