Role Description Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our established internal Corporate Talent Acquisition team to provide surge recruiting support across a diverse portfolio of federal government contracts and corporate positions. This temporary position will assist with high-volume hiring initiatives, proposal staffing efforts, incumbent captures, and critical hiring priorities across multiple business units. In this role, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, recruiters, hiring managers, and program leadership to execute full-cycle recruiting activities while helping ensure the timely delivery of qualified talent for a wide variety of clinical, technical, professional, and corporate positions. You will play a key role in maintaining recruiting momentum during periods of increased hiring demand while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring compliance with company policies and federal contracting requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and supporting mission-driven programs that directly impact federal agencies, military service members, veterans, and the communities they serve. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required; additional directly related recruiting experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements. - Three (3)+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting federal government contracts is required. - Demonstrated experience recruiting for one or more of the following: DoD, DHA, VA, DHS, civilian federal agencies, or other government contracting environments. - Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and passive recruiting techniques. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and executive leadership. - Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of customer service. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information. - Ability to quickly adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs. - Occasional travel may be required. Requirements - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting pre-employment activities. - Support surge hiring efforts across multiple federal government contracts and internal corporate positions. - Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership, hiring managers, and program leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies and execute hiring plans. - Recruit for clinical, healthcare, technical, engineering, cybersecurity, intelligence, administrative, and professional labor categories supporting federal government customers. - Source qualified candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS ATS, job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and other sourcing tools. - Conduct candidate phone screens to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, availability, and overall fit. - Develop and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Coordinate candidate interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Prepare and extend employment offers while guiding candidates through pre-employment and onboarding activities. - Maintain complete and accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, interview feedback, and requisition updates within iCIMS. - Ensure timely applicant dispositioning and maintain ATS data integrity to support compliance and recruiting metrics. - Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations, EEO requirements, affirmative action obligations, and company recruiting policies. - Support proposal staffing efforts, incumbent captures, and rapid-response recruiting initiatives. - Participate in recruiting strategy meetings, workforce planning discussions, and Talent Acquisition team initiatives. - Represent PSI at recruiting events, military transition events, career fairs, conferences, and networking events as needed. - Support recruitment marketing initiatives, employer branding efforts, and additional Talent Acquisition projects as assigned. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding function across the group. You will recruit for clinical positions, including dentists, hygienists and dental nurses, as well as non-clinical roles such as treatment co-ordinators, front of house staff, practice managers and head office employees.
