Role Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Experience working with remote teams and international business operations is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities - Manage the company's day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. - Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. - Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. - Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies. - Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements. - Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions. - Implement and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems. - Monitor business expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Support executive leadership with financial modeling, strategic planning, and business decisions. - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. - Ensure timely filing of taxes and other statutory obligations where applicable. - Evaluate and recommend financial software and automation tools to improve efficiency.
