• Проведення Discovery-сесій зі стейкхолдерами клієнта: фіксація вимог до руху грошей, складу, взаєморозрахунків та виробничих операцій • Опис ланцюжків операцій (рух грошей, склад, закупівлі, продажі, взаєморозрахунки) • Порівняння альтернативних платформ, розробка матриці вимог та обґрунтування оптимального рішення під масштаб і бюджет клієнта • Розробка стратегії міграції даних: довідники, контрагенти, номенклатура, фінансові залишки • Налаштування бізнес-логіки через Low-code/No-code інструменти платформ • Формування User Stories для команди розробки, участь у спринтах та валідація модулів

Job Requirements

  • 3+ роки в автоматизації бухгалтерського, операційного або управлінського обліку в сегменті СМБ
  • Практичний досвід з мінімум двома різними обліковими платформами
  • Розуміння SaaS-архітектури: вміння розширювати функціонал через API та No-code, не зачіпаючи ядро системи
  • Знання українського обліку: ФОП (1-3 групи), ТОВ на загальній системі, ПДВ, ПРРО/РРО, клієнт-банки
  • Знання складського обліку: партії, FIFO/середня вартість, дебіторська заборгованість, взаєморозрахунки
  • Вміння візуалізувати процеси в BPMN 2.0 (Miro, Visio) або аналоги
  • Готовність до відряджень до клієнтів
  • Бажано Досвід фріланс-консультанта або роботи в компанії-інтеграторі
  • Досвід у Scrum-командах (Jira, Confluence) як Product Owner або системний BA
  • Досвід автоматизації складально виробництва: збирання, комплектація, калькуляція собівартості в СМБ-системах
  • Англійська B2 — буде плюсом
