Clinical Counselor

• Provide assessment and short-term, solution-focused non-medical counseling services • Conduct individual, couples, and group counseling • Ensure referral for appropriate behavioral health follow-up • Conduct intake, screening, assessment, and referral of clients • Work with the client to establish an individual treatment plan • Provide immediate intervention and risk assessment • Report suspected child abuse and domestic abuse/violence to local authorities
Job Requirements
- Minimum educational qualifications include a master’s degree in counseling accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs
- Current, valid and unrestricted clinical license or certification from a state or U.S. territory authorizing independent clinical practice
- A minimum of two years’ full-time, post-master’s supervised clinical experience
- Experience providing counseling for groups, couples, and/or families
- Ability to manage a large clinical caseload while meeting stringent documentation requirements
- Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software

We are a fast-paced crisis, information, and referral virtual call center that fills a critical need in the communities we serve.
Role Description We are seeking compassionate helpers who are knowledgeable, motivated, goal-oriented, technologically capable, and enthusiastic to fill multiple Helpline Counselor positions.
