• Manage assigned projects throughout the full project lifecycle from intake through closeout • Review project documentation including Statements of Work, LOEs, purchase orders, and customer requirements • Build and maintain project schedules and execution plans within approved project management systems • Lead internal kickoff meetings, customer kickoff meetings, execution planning meetings, and project status meetings • Coordinate customers, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution • Manage scheduling activities, project milestones, and execution timelines • Track project labor utilization, budget performance, and schedule health • Coordinate project invoicing milestones and financial tracking activities • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies while driving mitigation plans • Manage standard scope changes and change order coordination • Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure documentation compliance • Coordinate project closeout activities and customer acceptance processes • Escalate high-risk issues when necessary • Support continuous improvement initiatives across PMO operations
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of project management experience or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, project management, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience managing customer-facing projects
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Proficient with SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and ProjectManager.com.
- Knowledge in managing infrastructure, collaboration, cloud, or managed services projects
- Experience managing vendor coordination
