Role Description As the Operations & Project Coordinator, you will coordinate the projects and workstreams running in parallel. You'll be the person who knows where everything stands, who's blocked, what's at risk, and what needs attention. We work with AI daily – from content development to process automation – and we need someone who already thinks in those terms and is eager to push further. - Own project plans across multiple workstreams, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met. - Coordinate with external, internal stakeholders, and team members to keep projects moving. - Run regular status updates with the Head of INFUSE Academy and cross-functional INFUSE stakeholders. - Track and report on KPIs – pull numbers from dashboards, spot trends, and present them clearly. - Keep the project management system clean, updated, and useful for the team. - Actively use AI tools to streamline your own work and help the team adopt them across workflows. - Identify bottlenecks and process gaps – then fix them or propose solutions. - Take ownership of results, continuously seeking ways to improve performance and hit targets. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in project management or operations coordination in a multi-workstream environment. - Active, hands-on experience with AI tools – you already use ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini, or similar, in your daily work and are excited to learn and implement more. - Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and keep multiple stakeholders aligned. - Understanding of web or platform projects – you've been involved in a website redesign, platform migration, or similar initiative and can give meaningful feedback to designers and developers. - Comfort with data – can work with dashboards, track metrics, and present numbers clearly to management. - Tech-savvy and a genuinely fast learner – picks up new platforms and tools quickly. - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results under minimal supervision. - Upper-intermediate or advanced English. - Experience with n8n or similar automation tools is a strong plus. - Familiarity with LMS platforms, B2B marketing, or edtech is a plus.
