• Supports comprehensive coordination of medical services including intake, screening, and referrals to Aetna Better Health • Promotes/supports quality effectiveness of Healthcare Services • Performs intake of calls from members or providers regarding services via telephone, fax, EDI • Utilizes Aetna system to build, research and enter member information • Screens requests for appropriate referral to medical services staff • Approve services that do not require a medical review in accordance with the benefit plan • Performs non-medical research including eligibility verification, COB, and benefits verification • Maintains accurate and complete documentation of required information that meets risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements • Promotes communication, both internally and externally to enhance effectiveness of medical management services • Protects the confidentiality of member information and adheres to company policies regarding confidentiality • Communicate with Aetna Case Managers, when processing transactions for members active in this Program • Supports the administration of the precertification process in compliance with various laws and regulations and/or NCQA standards, where applicable, while adhering to company policy and procedures • Places outbound calls to providers to provide information or obtain clinical information for approval of medical authorizations • Uses Aetna Systems such as MedCompass, QNXT, ProFAX and ProPAT • Communicates with Aetna Nurses and Medical Directors when processing transactions for members active in this Program • Sedentary work involving significant periods of sitting, talking, hearing, and keying • Work requires visual acuity to perform close inspection of written and computer-generated documents as well as a PC monitor

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders. • Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages. • Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders. • Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material. • Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping the facility clean, safe, and accident free. • Requires 70-80% travel to various locations throughout the country for 1 to 4 weeks at a time. • Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Assist Property Repair Solutions customers with any questions or concerns • Ensure customer expectations are met and/or exceeded • Receive, review and dispatch new jobs to contractors • Place outbound calls to sell programs to customers • Assign contractors, make customer appointments • Provide assistance to insurance adjusters • Set up program expectations • Monitor pending jobs • Make follow-up calls to homeowners • Answer customer service questions • Resolve minor issues and schedule appointments

• Assist companies with multi-state unclaimed property matters including assessments, audit defense, or voluntary disclosure agreement process • Prepare companies for examination(s) by describing forthcoming requests and knowledge of the process • Represent clients on auditor discussions regarding the current status of the examination and responses to information document requests • Tracking client requests and submissions and assisting with record review (i.e. tax documents, accounting records, policies and procedures, etc.) • Performing data analysis to identify potential unclaimed property risks • Developing and presenting the client with strategies to mitigate potential unclaimed property exposure • Aiding in drafting final deliverables and reports for client and state submission • Willing to travel up to 30%.
