In this role, you will: In this non-traditional sales leadership role you will manage a team of experienced Strategic Account Executives, covering the DACH region. You will set the sales strategy and lead its execution across your team. You will help your team unlock new business opportunities and build relationships with business and IT stakeholders within their customer base to propel incremental sales. Your team will also partner with other teams, including channel, product specialists, and solutions engineers. They are advocates for our customers, providing market feedback to our development teams, and helping us always improve our customer experience. Role Description The Regional Sales Manager – APAC at TeraRecon is responsible for driving sustained revenue growth across the assigned territories: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines. This role owns both direct and indirect (partner-led) sales within the region and is accountable for new business acquisition, expansion within the installed base, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and customer retention. The Regional Sales Manager will leverage a deep understanding of the Advanced Visualization and Clinical AI ecosystem to articulate TeraRecon’s differentiated value proposition and position the company as a strategic, long-term partner to healthcare providers and commercial partners. Responsibilities - Develop a deep understanding of the industry, customer, and competitive landscape across the APAC region, with a specific focus on Advanced Visualization and Clinical AI. - Define and execute a regional growth strategy to achieve and exceed annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. - Effectively communicate the clinical, operational, and economic value of TeraRecon’s solutions, clearly articulating competitive differentiation. - Systematically sell and upsell to both existing customers and new accounts, ensuring comprehensive top-down and bottom-up opportunity coverage across the region. - Maintain installed base attrition below 5%, proactively managing renewals and customer success in collaboration with internal teams. - Represent TeraRecon’s vision through executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, and strategic customer discussions. - Leverage TeraRecon and ConcertAI senior leadership to support complex, high-value, and strategic customer engagements. - Build and execute a detailed annual sales plan for the region, generating a qualified, budgeted pipeline of at least 4× the annual quota. - Ensure clear, transparent, and timely communication with management, customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. - Identify, develop, and engage Clinical and Technical Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across APAC to support market credibility and adoption. - Travel extensively within the region to support customer engagements, partner activities, KOL meetings, and industry events. - Position yourself as a thought leader in cloud-based software and SaaS delivery models within medical imaging and AI. - Partner closely with VARs, PACS vendors, global medical device manufacturers, and other indirect sales partners to drive coordinated team-selling motions. - Contribute to regional market strategy development, including market sizing, competitor analysis, identification of new customer segments, and go-to-market adaptations. - Support the onboarding and enablement of new sales or partner resources in the region, ensuring strong product, process, and competitive knowledge. - Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline, providing regular updates on pipeline health and forecast accuracy to sales leadership.
