Inside Sales Representative — B2B
LoyaltyEffect GmbH
• Telephone and written contact with hotels (B2B) • Identification and outreach to relevant decision-makers (e.g., executive management, hotel management, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management) • Qualification of contacts and scheduling appointments for our field sales representatives • Needs assessment related to CRM, digitalization and guest processes in hotels • Preparation of appointments, including a short briefing for the field sales team • Maintenance and documentation of all activities in the CRM system • Close collaboration with the field sales and sales teams
Job Requirements
- Professional experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., front desk, sales, reservations, F&B, executive assistant or similar)
- Initial experience or exposure to B2B sales, inside sales, telesales or appointment setting
- Strong understanding of hotel internal processes and decision-making structures
- Confident, friendly telephone manner and the ability to engage and influence decision-makers
- Independent, structured work style — well suited for working from home
- Very good German skills, spoken and written; English is a plus
