• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts payable activities for operations in the United States, Canada, Chile, and Mexico. • Process and book vendor invoices according to company policies and accounting procedures. • Manage and reconcile vendor accounts, including proforma invoices and outstanding balances. • Prepare and execute payments including wire transfers, ACH, checks, and electronic payments. • Prepare and submit tax-related reports and documentation in compliance with local regulations. • Ensure accounting records and financial transactions are maintained in accordance with company guidelines and tax regulations. • Support monthly closing activities and reconciliation processes. • Maintain and update supplier master data within the ERP system. • Assist with audit requests and provide supporting financial documentation as required.
• Design and recommend end-to-end Pro AV solutions, including system designs, BOMs, and single-line drawings. • Deliver compelling product demos, webinars, and technical workshops to key stakeholders. • Provide expert technical input for RFPs and complex tender processes. • Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects and solution validations at customer sites. • Troubleshoot complex AV hardware, software, and networking issues across cloud-based and on-premise platforms. • Guide system configuration, commissioning, and deployment for high-scale installations. • Design and deliver technical training sessions for partners and end-users. • Resolve technical support cases efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Build and expand strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end users. • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. • Represent Kramer at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. • Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce. • Collaborate with regional and global teams while operating with a high level of independence. • Resolve customer challenges related to sales and service. • Travel across the territory.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails, qualifying leads for existing accounts. • Manage named direct and indirect accounts by building relationships, creating brand awareness, requesting referrals, and offering educational opportunities. • Communicate proactively with customers to understand their needs and requirements. • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager, ensuring a smooth and cohesive sales process. • Regularly close sales to achieve annual quotas. • Assist with sales support tasks, including preparing presentations and proposals.
