Job Description

Legal Intake Specialist

Veta Virtual

• Handling inbound calls, qualifying leads, booking consultations, and completing intake documentation in Lawmatics with accuracy and care. • Answering inbound calls from potential clients — listening actively, responding with empathy and professionalism. • Qualifying leads by asking the right questions — understanding the caller's situation and assessing whether they are a good fit for the firm's services. • Booking consultation appointments — working toward a target of 15 booked consultations per week. • Completing intake documentation accurately in Lawmatics — capturing all required information and ensuring every record is complete. • Following up with potential clients as needed — sending reminders and keeping leads warm until their appointment is confirmed. • Participating in weekly call review sessions with the firm's consultation specialist — listening to recorded calls and receiving coaching feedback.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of legal intake, legal administrative, or law firm client-facing experience.
  • Lawmatics or similar legal CRM experience — comfortable navigating intake workflows and completing forms accurately.
  • Genuine sales instinct — you know the difference between customer service and consultative selling.
  • Exceptional verbal English — warm, clear, confident, and professional with every caller regardless of their situation.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated — you show up, do the work, and hold yourself accountable without being managed closely.
  • Comfortable with weekly booking targets and performance-based bonus structures.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary in USD — paid consistently every month.
  • Performance bonuses — tied directly to your consultation booking conversion rate.
  • 10 paid vacation days per year plus all U.S. federal holidays.
  • 100% remote — open to candidates based in LATAM or Europe.
  • Weekly coaching and call review sessions to continuously sharpen your intake and conversion skills.
  • A supportive culture through Veta Virtual and our client where your reliability, empathy, and results are valued from day one.
