IT Services Analyst, Mid-level

Softplan

• Execute implementation and deployment activities for the EJE No Penal system at sites of the Judiciary of Peru. • Lead medium- and large-scale implementation projects following the defined methodology, including parameterization, configuration, homologation/acceptance, training, and go-live. • Provide and support training for different user profiles (magistrates, court staff, technical and administrative personnel), facilitating system adoption. • Work in the field according to the national deployment plan, supporting tool usage and assisting during the stabilization phase. • Prepare and maintain user materials and functional documentation in Spanish, carrying out consulting diagnostics. • Serve as team leader when designated by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Technical or university degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • Experience or knowledge in system implementations, IT support, and incident management.
  • Proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and support materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and didactically.
  • Availability for field work, with high adaptability, resilience, and autonomy to operate during critical periods (go-live and stabilization).
  • Experience in institutional or public-sector environments.
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL or support methodologies, with a focus on user support and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Experience in system configuration, parameterization, and homologation/acceptance testing.
  • Ability to understand legal and administrative processes.
  • Basic courses or knowledge in databases, Scrum, microservices, or digital transformation.
