Treasury Banking Coordinator

Role Description Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Banking Coordinator for our Corporate Treasury department. The Banking Coordinator is responsible for enterprise-wide bank account management and support, primarily supporting the company’s title business, Anywhere Integrated Services. This role supports various in-house compliance efforts related to treasury systems, controls, and procedures, as well as department strategic initiatives. This role must successfully partner with other functional areas of the Company including Operations, Tax, Accounting, Legal and is the face of Anywhere in interactions with third-party banking institutions. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills, a professional attitude, and a process improvement mindset. Fully remote position but must be available Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST (all time zones will be considered). Primary Responsibilities - Bank account management, including opening and closing bank accounts, updating bank account signer changes, and online banking user access. - Collaboration with business unit operating teams, legal, and third-party financial institutions. - Partner with HR and business unit finance leaders to monitor and track the accuracy of bank account signers on an ongoing basis. - On a quarterly basis, work with business unit controllers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the bank accounts within our bank account database. - Perform user access reviews of banking platforms to ensure appropriate system access. - Facilitate audit inquiries and other ad-hoc requests. - Collaborate on system implementation projects to improve automation. - Daily positive pay exception processing. - Open and close interest-bearing accounts. - Coordinate Secure Insight paperwork with banks. - Stop payment support/processing for Trust Accounts. - Support senior Treasury team members on department initiatives. Qualifications - Prior experience with bank account administration (servicing bank accounts) within a high-paced environment preferred. - Exceptional organization and communication skills. - Familiarity with banking documentation and domestic/international KYC banking requirements. - Basic understanding of and interest in Treasury and corporate finance concepts, as well as familiarity with accounting and strong controls environment. - Prior experience with Treasury Management Systems (i.e., Banking portals and other Treasury Management systems). - Strong work ethic, ability to perform well independently or as part of a team, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and in a time-sensitive manner. - Ability to self-manage and collaborate virtually within a remote work environment.
