Role Description You'll own demand generation and growth marketing for Ignition, running the full paid and organic acquisition engine that fills the funnel before a prospect ever reaches our lifecycle program or sales team. This includes: - Paid search (PPC/SEM) - Paid social (LinkedIn is our primary channel) - SEO in partnership with our SEO agency - Conversion rate optimization (CRO) across our trial sign-up flow and website This role is designed to be broad and built around AI. You will: - Build and run agent-led workflows - Automate reporting, prospecting support, and campaign ideation - Apply your judgment to what actually ships Curiosity about agent-led operations is core to how this role scales.
