• Own KPA's enterprise security platforms including CrowdStrike, Rapid7, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco Duo and related technologies. • Lead vulnerability management & remediation, endpoint security, identity security, privileged access, penetration testing, and security hardening initiatives. • Investigate and respond to complex security incidents while partnering with the IT Operations team on security and infrastructure escalations. • Own the technical implementation and ongoing operation of infrastructure-related SOC 2 controls and security audit related requirements. • Continuously evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements that strengthen KPA's overall security posture. • Own Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid modernization, identity architecture, and endpoint management. • Own Azure infrastructure and AWS workloads outside the DevOps application stack. Partner with DevOps where needed as there is a natural crossover between them and this position. • Own Cisco Meraki networking, VPN infrastructure, and cloud connectivity. • Lead technical initiatives including cloud modernization, email domain consolidation, phone system replacement, identity modernization, and enterprise platform upgrades. • Lead complex security and cloud projects from planning through implementation and post-change validation. • Build automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and leverage AI-assisted development and automation to improve engineering efficiency and reduce manual effort. • Produce clear technical documentation, implementation plans, rollback procedures, and operational handoffs. • Proactively identify technical debt, security gaps, and opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and modernization.

The Cloud Acceleration Factory is best suited for individuals that are highly technical, solution focused and have a passion for Project Management. CSAs are senior individual contributors who operate globally and engage directly with customers. It is a hands-on technical and governance role spanning across design, build, and production. Candidates are expected to comfortably switch from a whiteboard to the keyboard. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. - 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). - 4+ years experience working on technical projects. - Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications). - Breadth of technical experience and knowledge in foundational security, foundational AI, architecture design. - Deep Expertise in Databases including SQL, Oracle and more. - Deep Domain Expertise in Azure Application Migrations Areas. - Architecting Enterprise-Grade Solutions: Proven experience building enterprise-grade, Azure Infrastructure and Azure Application-focused solutions on the cloud. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Deployment: Understanding of Bicep, Terraform, or Azure Resource Manager. - Core AI & ML Concepts: Familiarity with AI & ML foundational knowledge. - Agentic Workflows: Familiarity with Semantic Kernel, MCP, Langchain, or other agentic frameworks. - Generative AI and Responsible AI: Knowledge of current and emerging AI technology. - Competitive Landscape: Understanding of the competitive landscape, including key AI platforms beyond Azure.
