Role Description Partner One is looking for an Investment Analyst to join the team. The Investment Analyst will be part of the Mergers and Acquisitions team and will be responsible for supporting activities related to due diligence and the execution of acquisitions. - Conduct overview and analysis of commercial and financial data of acquisition targets. - Formulate and present the assessment of the acquisition targets’ initial fit. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and recognize new acquisition opportunities. - Identify software businesses that meet our acquisition criteria and metrics, and move opportunities through the deal cycle. - Support the M&A team with various ad hoc tasks related to the closing of live deals. - Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams on data requests, information sharing, project team meetings, and deal execution. Qualifications - Up to 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas is required: - Transaction advisory services, including Quality of Earnings and Quality of Revenue engagements - Buy-side financial due diligence advisory - Public accounting / external audit serving technology or software companies - Corporate development, FP&A, or finance at software or SaaS businesses - Revenue accounting and operations at software or SaaS businesses - Controllership / accounting operations at software or SaaS businesses - Business operations or strategic finance at software or SaaS businesses - Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards and policies. - Demonstrated strong academic performance at a top-tier institution. - Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field; CPA or CFA track is a significant plus. - Maturity and presence to interact effectively with C-level executives. - Availability to work half of each day in alignment with the business hours of our North American office. - Self-starter with strong sales and communication skills. - Strong command of written and spoken English. - Strong analytical and Microsoft Suite skills, with a high attention to detail. Role Description The Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst position implements, modifies, tests and administers modules and systems related to revenue cycle system applications. Serves as a liaison between vendors, I.T. personnel, other application analysts, management and end users to resolve questions related to system functionality and design.
